What is your return/exchange policy?
All our sales are final and subject to no returns.

How can I check the status of my order?
In order to track your order just log into your account. We highly recommend you make an account in order to do so. We supply a tracking number in every order via email, which is provided to you as soon as your item is shipped. You can also check the status of your order by contacting us at info@2arclothingco.com.

What credit cards do you accept?
2AR Clothing Co. accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, click on “Pay with your debit or credit card, or bill me later”.  If you do have a PayPal account, you can just login and pay directly from your PayPal balance.

How do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax of 7% will be charged only on items shipped to Florida.

What if the item I want is sold out?
If the item you want is sold out, there’s several options.

1. You can wait for the item to be re-stocked.
2. You can change your order to another item.
3. You can receive a complete refund.

What is your policy on price adjustments?
If you purchase a product from us and later notice that it has been discounted on our site, we will happily process a price adjustment within 7 days of your original purchase. No price adjustments will be honored more than 7 days after the original purchase.

It is the responsibility of the customer to request a price adjustment.

Price adjustment requests will only be honored for items that have been specifically “marked down” or put on sale.

I never got all the items in my order.
As noted in the shipment email you got, orders with more than one item are often shipped out in multiple parts due to efficiency reasons.  You will only get the tracking number for the first package, but the remaining items will arrive within a day or two of the first shipment.  If you need the other tracking #’s feel free to email info@2arclothingco.com and we will provide them.

What is your shipping policy?
Shipping inside the United States is a flat rate: $3.49 for apparel (no matter the amount) and may very with each other product (not including shirts, tank tops and sweaters). All of our items are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class (2-3 Days shipping time) and in some occasion will be ship Priority (1-2 Days shipping time) depending on size and weight.

Orders received on weekend days,  holidays,  and after 2:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Do you ship internationally?
Shipping outside of the United States is a flat rate: $8.49 for apparel (no matter the amount) and may very with each other product (not including shirts, tank tops and sweaters). All of our items are shipped via United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx depending on size and weight.

Orders received on weekend days,  holidays,  and after 2:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from Miami, Florida.

Is this site secure?
2AR Clothing Co. fully complies with all PCI requirements for e-commerce security. 
This means that any personal information given to 2AR Clothing Co. is fully protected and will never be disclosed to any third parties. 2AR Clothing Co. servers utilize the most up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques which ensures that during the ordering process your information is totally secure at all times.

What is your policy on privacy?
As a 2nd Amendment Company, we also do believe in the 4th Amendment. We respect your right to privacy. At 2AR Clothing Co. we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order.

2AR Clothing Co. will not sell or share your name or personal information.

2AR Clothing Co.  utilizes browser “cookies.” Cookies are used for basic non-sensitive information that is critical to shopping cart functionality. Cookies are not used for sensitive information such as a customer’s name or billing information. All sensitive information is stored either in secure browser “sessions” or in the protected database.
